Insurance

We are a preferred provider for most insurance companies, and we will submit all insurance claims for you for your convenience. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.

We are in network with major insurances like UCCI, Guardian, Delta, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Health, GEHA Connection and others.

Credit Cards

Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. For the convenience of our patients, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Payment is expected at the time treatment is rendered, unless special arrangements have been made prior to your appointment.

Payments can be made by calling the office, visiting the office, or paying online using the payment link sent to you via email.

We’re committed to maximizing your insurance benefits. While we estimate coverage in good faith, we cannot guarantee it due to policy variations. Your estimated portion is due at time of service. We’ll bill your insurance and allow 45 days for payment. After 60 days, you’re responsible for the full balance. ANY UNPAID INSURANCE BALANCE IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Unpaid balances after 60 days incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Questions? Our staff is here to help.
